"I purchased my suit last year for to prepare for a trip to GA from TX. I didn't need the suit that year, but needed this year for my trip to FL. I was soak and wet by the time I got to LA. The suit did not work at all. Every inch of me was wet and it was below 50 degrees outside so you can imagine. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do about it because it was out of warranty after 1 year. Hmm didn't know anything about a warranty. How about customer service and concern for your customers? How about don't sell something for $60 that doesn't work or at least try to trade it out? The clerk basically said sorry can't do anything for you and hung up. Great job! Never again. "
